Recruitment Process

Step 1: CONTACT

Organizations can reach out to the student representatives or drop a mail at broadway.dcacpc@gmail.com. Kindly include essential details that will help take the process forward. Details about the organization, job description, location, requirements, eligibility criteria, stipend, etc. should be mentioned clearly.

Step 2: INITIATION OF THE PROCESS

We circulate the information among the students through WhatsApp groups and Facebook page.

Step 3: REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION Of RESUMES

Registration forms are then shared with the person of contact and further steps are inquired. If the company shortlists some students, the information regarding the same is conveyed to the students and information about further rounds is also communicated.

Step 4: SELECTION PROCESS

The Company is then invited to conduct a Pre-Placement Talk at our college. The Placement Team provides full assistance and takes care of all the logistical requirements for the same. Arrangements are made according to this process which may include labs for psychometric tests, rooms for group discussion and personal interviews, etc. If the Placement drive is off-campus, all the necessary information about the same is communicated promptly by the Placement Cell Team to the candidates.

Step 5: COLLECTION OF RESULTS

Once the selection process is over, and the Placement Cell is notified of the results, the same is shared with the selected candidates. After this, the role of the Cell ends and thereafter the company and the selected candidates are in direct contact.
