Medical Room
The college has in house medical assistance facility for the stake holders. It is looked after by a professional paramedic staff. The medical room is well equipped with basic health facilities and the stake holders are being given primary health care which includes emergency medication as well. It is well stocked with basic medicines, a sphygmomanometer (Blood Pressure monitor), a transducer (pulse monitor) etc. and has a bed where patients can receive first aid, in case of emergency, before being transferred to the nearest hospital, if needed. One stretcher and 2 Wheelchairs are also available for medical emergencies in the Medical Aid Room.
Besides the Medical Room, Fist-Aid boxes are also available at different locations in the college. The College has two first-Aid boxes: one in the teacher’s pantry room and the other in the Girls Common Room (GCR). Medical Checkup and Blood Donation Camps are also regularly organized in the college.
