We are a student organization comprising of Journalism students from Delhi College of Arts & Commerce (University of Delhi). Our college was the first in DU to start an Honours course in Journalism at the undergraduate level in 1989. Our society is a pro-active student body under the aegis of our college which organizes various events related to the field of Journalism and we publish a newspaper called CRITIQUE. We have also been hosting a highly successful annual media festival, SCOOP, on a regular basis.
SCOOP is an event that has proved to be a platform for conducting candid, lucid and free interaction between media stalwarts and students from various colleges of Delhi University and beyond.
The generous and unstinted support of our sponsors is the reason we have been able to put up successful events without which our ideas would never have manifested into success.
SCOOP 2009-10 is the 5th edition in the glittering series of previous SCOOPS. This year, we plan to have it on a bigger and better stage. We request you to help us by sponsoring this event. Your help and consideration would go a long way in supporting the aspirations and dreams of many college students. As a student society, we offer a medium of reaching out to a prospective market comprising of the college students from various colleges across Delhi. It is your sense of social responsibility and encouragement for student bodies like ours that has prompted us to request you for your generous support.
